The renovation work consisted of:

• Replacement of boilers: use of a modulating condensing gas boiler and soon cogeneration (in 2013),
• Replacement of the ECS production and distribution system (legionellosis prevention),
• Replacement of air handling units and placement of a dual flow VMC with heat recovery. Ventilation and heating provided in the rooms via micro-perforated ducts with a high induction rate,
• Installation of energy accounting and centralized technical management allowing optimization of regulation: Heating and lighting are computerized in the rooms and the changing rooms, so that you can switch on according to the Reservation schedule,
• Renovations of 25 groups of 2 changing rooms: efficient lighting, sensor cell on water taps to limit wastage,
• Construction of a 100m3³ rainwater cistern to supply toilets and service taps,
• Estimated fuel savings in studies: 840.000 kWh/year (or 66.000 €/year),
• Estimated electricity savings in studies: 116.970 kWh/year (or 22.000 €/year).
