The project includes different phases: asbestos removal, interventions on concrete structures, repair of waterproofing, renewal of electrical installations, actions to save energy and to increase the comfort of swimmers.

A surveillance system with underwater and aerial cameras will be installed in the pool to prevent drowning.
Finally, the interior will be refreshed, with respect for the original architectural features of the building, an example of modernist architecture of the 50s.
