The two existing boiler rooms were oil-fired and served 3 apartment buildings located in the center of Brussels (Buldings Meiboom/Ommegang/marais).

We have grouped the two boiler rooms into one located in the basement of the building Meiboom. We have replaced the seven existing boilers initially by 3 condensing gas boilers and a centralized sanitary hot water production of semi-instantaneous type.

By resizing all equipment, we managed to significantly reduce the installed power. This allowed us to generate significant savings in consumption and drastically reduce the maintenance costs of the facilities.
