Rooffing restoration, compliance of electrical installations, of gas and RF compartments

The works consist in the adaptation and the compliance of the heating and electricity installations as part of the restoration of the SAICOM building.

The building is located on the site of Bois-du-Luc Louvière in the center of the Court of Workshops.

This building is occupied by:

• The A.S.B.L. SAICOM whose main activity is archiving,
• A cafeteria, its kitchen and its sanitary,
• A luthier workshop.

Inside the building, a technical room houses the boiler.
