Revamping of RX35 building offices

The project consists of the "revamping" or transformation of the existing RX35 building at the Rixensart site.

This is mainly the redevelopment and modernization of existing office:

• The partitioned offices are transformed into landscaped offices. The space of a former storage depot on the second floor is retrieved to accommodate premises with a similar destination such as technical and storage rooms, but also a landscape office tray.
• The existing technical equipment dedicated to the offices, become obsolete is completely replaced. It is housed in a new technical room on the roof.
