New construction of a building housing the social and administrative services of the integrated waste management site of Floreffe

The works consisted of the construction of a 2,700m2 socio-administrative building on the integrated waste management site of Floreffe.

The contracting authority to make this building a showcase point of view sustainable development.

The following techniques have therefore been implemented:

  • low-energy building envelope,
  • heat recovery on ventilation systems,
  • Presence detection lighting system and natural lighting measurement probe, - solar thermal panels for domestic hot water production, - management and control of centralized technical installations.

Our mission:

Our role was as a consulting engineer within the scope of the mission defined below:

  • study and implementation of sustainable development techniques that are cost-effective and in line with the type of activity carried out in the building,
  • single permit application file,
  • Draft,
  • Project,
  • analysis of tenders and preparation of tender reports,- site monitoring,
  • provisional and final approvals.
